Crown Management Consultants recognised as a Veteran Friendly Employer

As we celebrate our 30th year in business, Crown Management Consultants has been recognised as a leader in veteran employment. We’ve been formally named as a Veteran Friendly Employer by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.  

This marks a significant achievement in our history, acknowledging our ongoing commitment to supporting veteran employment. 

“As an organisation, we know veterans make great employees. We’re veteran owned, it's in our DNA,” says CMDT Group CEO, Brad Junk-Gibson. 

“Today, you’ll find approximately 75% of our staff are veterans. We've also worked in partnership with Australia’s Defence sector for 30 years. The value that veterans bring to the workplace is part of our culture.     

“We’re proud to be officially acknowledged by the Veteran Employment Program.” 

The DVA’s Veteran Employment Program is a national initiative established to improve support for veterans moving to civilian employment and create work environments to attract and bring out the best in veteran employees. In signing the Veteran Employment Commitment and receiving Veteran Friendly Employer status, we demonstrated our support for veteran employment opportunities and recognise the valuable skills and experience veterans bring to an organisation.
